
2021 SUMMER TRYOUTS FAQS

We have not set our tournament dates for the Spring 20245 season yet, but plan on our season beginning in late January and season ending in early June.
All games will be mostly local in the Manatee/Sarasota counties, with occasional short travel.
We will be holding practice in the Manatee County area.
On average there will be one to two practices a week.

We cannot finalize cost until we see how many players are on each team and the number of tournaments each team will be playing. However, it will be in the range of $1,300-$1,600 for the Spring season. This includes all tournament fees (registration fees, umpire fees, field rentals, insurance etc..) professional coaching staff (all of our head coaches have either played professional baseball or collegiate level) and uniforms.

Mayhem Juniors is the new developmental and feeder program for The Mayhem Nation. It has been designed specifically for our 9U and younger players, to help them develop a love for the game and learn the core fundamentals needed to advance to higher level baseball.

Every coach for the Mayhem Juniors has a strong background and love of the game. However, they may not be a professional level coach (i.e., professional or college player/coach).
The focus for The Mayhem Nation is to help young players 10U+ develop individual and team skills necessary to compete at the high school level. All Mayhem Nation head coaches are professional level coaches, who have either been a professional or college player/coach.
Yes, Mayhem Juniors is a travel team.
For the Fall 2022 season we have Mayhem Juniors 8U team.
Coaches for The Mayhem Juniors receive guidance and support from Mayhem Nation program and our professional coaches. This support includes assistance with practice planning, work outs, tournament entries and access to The Mayhem Nation back-office system.
